• To power on/off and reset:

- POWER ON: Hold the button for 2 seconds or place the camera on its charging dock.

- POWER OFF: Press the button twice.

- REBOOT: Press the button once until the camera turns on.

- RESET: Hold the button for 5 seconds until you hear "EBO".

To clean the wheels:

- The monitor features a self-diagnosis capability. If you have pets with long hair, please remove the screws at the bottom using the thick end of the pin to disassemble the wheel set for cleaning.

To remove the SD card:

- The product includes an ejection pin. Align the thick end of the pin with the SD card slot, press it in, and the SD card will eject automatically. Inserting the SD card follows the same method.

Privacy Policy:

- The EBO APP does not have access to the user's information. All data is stored on the camera's extendable SD card. User safety and privacy are our top priorities.

- Data transmission is secured with multi-level encrypted private protocols.

- Data storage: Image/video data is stored on the local SD card inside the Enabot camera and on your smartphone if you choose to record.

- User authentication: There is one administrator who will be notified whenever the camera is accessed by another user.
